What company profile design is
Company profile design that buyers can scan
Company profile design turns what your business has done into a document buyers can trust at a glance. The usual order is structure first, then a layout in your brand, then files for the printer and for screens. Profiles are used for tenders, prequalification, client pitches, distributor meetings and investor conversations.
It is one of our branding services, and works best when your brand identity is already in place, so the profile inherits its colors, fonts and layout rules.

- Client pitches
- Distributor meetings
- Investor conversations
Who reads it
What each reader looks for first
A profile is not read like a magazine. Each reader opens it looking for one thing, so the page order should follow your main reader.
Tender and procurement committees
Registrations, certifications, similar past projects and capacity. If these take more than a minute to find, your profile is set aside.
Corporate clients and distributors
Services or products that match their need, clients like them, production capacity and one named contact person.
Overseas buyers in the US or Gulf
Export experience, compliance documents, and how to communicate and pay across borders. Plain English matters more than polish here.
What makes it work
Six rules for a profile people finish
These apply whatever your industry. The full breakdown of each section is in our guide to company profile format. You can send your own photos, or we can arrange them as part of the quote.
One point per page
Each page answers one question a reader has. If a page needs two headings, it probably needs two pages.
Services grouped the way buyers think
By the problem they solve or the industry they serve, not by your internal departments.
Projects with a result
Three to six projects, each with the client type, the scope and a result. A project with no result is a gap to fix before design.
Numbers over adjectives
Team size, equipment, years and capacity as figures you can stand behind. "Experienced team" tells a buyer nothing.
Registrations in one place
Vendor numbers, tax registrations and certificates together, so buyers stop asking for them by email.
Print and PDF from one design
The same layout exported twice: a print file for meetings and a light PDF for email. Clients abroad can print locally from the print file.
Page plan
A 12-page company profile, page by page
A page plan is agreed before any design, so nobody argues about layout while the content is still moving. This example suits a small service firm. Matching stationery and the branding pricing page are the usual next stops.

Send us your old profile or a blank page
Share your current profile if you have one, or a list of your services and projects if you do not. We reply with a quote for that scope.
Get a quote
Request a company profile quote
Send your current profile if you have one. If not, a list of services, five recent projects and your registrations is enough to start the page plan.
- Your current profile, or your services list
- Recent projects you can show
- Who will read it: tenders, clients or investors
Company Profile Design: common questions
What should a company profile include?
A cover, a short introduction, your services, selected projects with results, clients or approvals you can name, your team and capacity, certifications and registrations, and full contact details. Tender-focused profiles add the registration numbers and documents buyers ask for.
How many pages should a company profile be?
As few as your readers need. A small service firm may need eight to twelve pages. A contractor listing projects, equipment and certifications needs more. A long profile that nobody finishes is worse than a short one that answers the buyer's questions.
Do you write the content or do I?
You supply the facts: services, projects, numbers, team and registrations. Nobody else knows them. We can edit or write the copy from those facts, and your quote says which.
Print or PDF, which do I need?
Most businesses need both. The print file has bleed, CMYK colors and high-resolution images for the printer. The digital PDF is compressed so it can be emailed and shared on WhatsApp, and can include clickable links. Both can come from the same design.
Is it better to update my old profile or start again?
If the content is still accurate, a redesign in your current brand is quicker than starting from scratch. If your projects, services or logo have changed, the structure needs rework as well. We look at your current profile first and tell you which one it needs.
How long does a company profile take?
The biggest variable is how quickly the content and photos arrive. Design starts once the text is mostly final. We confirm the timeline when we scope your project.
