What it is

What you get from a Google Ads agency in Pakistan

Google Ads puts your business in front of people at the moment they search for what you sell. An agency builds and runs those campaigns: keywords, ads, bids, budgets and the tracking that shows which clicks became customers. We manage Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns for clients in Pakistan, the US and the UAE.

Ads capture demand that already exists. They can't create it. If nobody searches for your product yet, Meta Ads usually does that job better. If you can wait months for traffic you don't pay per click for, compare it with SEO services, or read SEO vs Google Ads for small businesses.

Why it matters

Where a cleaner account saves money

Most wasted spend comes from a short list of setup mistakes. Fixing them rarely needs a bigger budget.

  • Spend judged on leads, not clicks

When page views or button clicks count as conversions, the account optimizes for activity. Counting only real leads and sales points every bid at customers.

  • Less money on the wrong searches

Broad keywords with no negatives show ads for job searches, free downloads and other brands. A search terms review and negative lists stop that.

  • Visitors land where they meant to go

Someone who searched for one service shouldn't land on the home page and hunt for it. One page per service, matched to the ad, turns more clicks into inquiries.

What's involved

What Google Ads management covers

This is the work a well-run account needs, starting with tracking. See how paid media is quoted on our pricing page. Your quote lists exactly which items are included, and we confirm the timeline when we scope your project.

  • Conversion tracking before spend

Agree what counts as a lead or sale, then record forms, calls and purchases through the Google tag or Tag Manager, linked to Google Analytics 4. Each action is tested so it fires once, not twice.

  • Campaigns split by service and location

A clinic in Karachi gains nothing from clicks in Lahore. Targeting set to people located in your area, not just interested in it, and a separate budget per city or country.

  • Search terms and negative keywords

The search terms report shows what people actually typed. Irrelevant queries become negatives, and good ones become keywords.

  • Bids and budgets

Adjusted on cost per conversion. Smart bidding is switched on once there is conversion history for it to learn from, not before.

  • Ads, assets and landing pages

New headlines and descriptions tested against each other, sitelinks and call assets added, and landing pages checked for speed, message match and broken forms.

  • Shopping feeds and reporting

Merchant Center feed fixes for stores, such as disapproved products or missing attributes, and a report on spend, conversions and cost per lead or sale. You get a short written update each month.

Anatomy of a search ad

Five parts of a search ad, and what each one does

A search ad looks simple. Each line is written separately, and Google combines them for each search. This is how the pieces fit.

  1. Business name and display path2 paths × 15 characters

The path can name the service and city, so the searcher knows where the click lands before they click.

  2. Sponsored label

Every ad is marked. Where it shows depends on the bid, the ad's quality and the landing page, not on the bid alone.

  3. Headlines15 × 30 characters

You write up to fifteen. Google tests combinations and shows up to three at a time, so each one has to make sense on its own.

  4. Descriptions4 × 90 characters

Room for what the headline can't fit: services covered, area, how to book.

  5. Sitelinks and call assets

Extra links and a call button make the ad bigger and send people straight to the right page or to your phone.

Campaign types

Search, Shopping, Performance Max or Display: when each fits

Google offers several campaign types. Search, Shopping and Performance Max are the ones we manage. Display is shown for comparison.

Search

Where ads show
Google search results, as text ads above and below the organic results.
When it fits
Service businesses, B2B and local services, where people search for the service by name and city.
What it needs first
A clear offer, one landing page per service, and conversion tracking.

Shopping

Where ads show
Product listings with an image, price and store name.
When it fits
Online stores with a product catalog and margins that can carry a cost per sale.
What it needs first
A Merchant Center account and a clean product feed: titles, prices, stock and images.

Performance Max

Where ads show
Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Gmail and Maps from one campaign.
When it fits
Stores and lead businesses that already have conversion history from Search or Shopping.
What it needs first
Reliable tracking, real images and video rather than auto-generated ones, and budget to learn.

DisplayFor comparison

Where ads show
Image ads on websites and apps in Google's network.
When it fits
Showing ads again to past visitors, or getting a launch seen. It rarely wins on cost per lead for a new account.
What it needs first
Image ads in several sizes, an audience list, and a frequency limit.

Performance Max, switched on too early

It is often the first campaign a new account runs. It works best after Search or Shopping has built up conversion data, so it has something real to learn from.

Google Ads: common questions

How much should I budget for Google Ads in Pakistan?

Google sets no fixed minimum. The useful minimum is a budget that buys enough clicks each month to learn what converts, and that depends on what a click costs in your industry and city. Keyword cost estimates for your market are the place to start. A budget too small to test properly mostly buys guesses. We talk through a realistic budget for your market when we scope your account.

Is the management fee separate from ad spend?

It should be. Ad spend is what you pay Google for clicks. Management is what you pay an agency to run the account. Seeing both numbers on their own is the only way to judge cost per lead. Our quotes cover the management work only. Ad spend is paid to Google, separate from our fee.

How long before Google Ads brings in leads?

Search ads can bring the first clicks on the day they go live. A steady cost per lead usually takes a few weeks of data, because bids, keywords and ads are tuned from real search terms. Shopping and Performance Max need conversion history before their automated bidding settles.

Should I run Google Ads or SEO first?

If you need leads this month and your offer is already searched for, start with Google Ads. If you can wait a few months and want traffic you don't pay for per click, invest in SEO. Many businesses run both: ads for the keywords that convert now, SEO for the long term.

How do I check if an agency is a Google Partner?

Google lists badged companies in its public Partners directory. Ask the agency for its Partner profile link and check the company name matches. A badge shows spend and certification thresholds were met. It does not guarantee results.

Who should own the Google Ads account?

The business should. The account, its conversion data and its billing belong in the owner's name, with the agency added as a manager. That way the history and campaigns stay with the business if it changes agencies. With us, accounts are set up in your name.
