SEO Content Writing Services

Service pages, blog posts and product copy that answer what people search for and sound like your business. Good SEO writing starts from a brief and your own knowledge, not a word count.

What to send for a quote

  • The pages or topics you need written
  • Your website address
  • Who your customers are and where they are

What SEO content writing is

Pages that answer the search and sound like you

Our SEO content writing services cover the pages that bring in customers: service pages, landing pages, blog posts, category pages and product copy. Each page targets one search, answers the main question near the top and ends with a clear next step.

Writing new pages is part of SEO services. If your pages already exist and only need their titles, headings or internal links fixed, that is on-page SEO, not new writing.

Why it matters

What planned content changes for a business site

  • Pages that match the search

A page written for one search, in the format Google already shows for it, has a real chance to rank. A page written around a vague topic rarely does.

  • Copy that sounds like an expert

Your own answers, like the questions customers ask on the first call, are what generic content lacks and what readers trust.

  • Your pages stop competing

One page per keyword means two of your own pages no longer split the same search between them.

How we do it

What our SEO content writing services cover

How writing is quoted is on our SEO pricing page. Your quote lists exactly which pieces are included.

  • Service pages

Pages that rank for "service + city" searches and turn readers into inquiries, with FAQ and call-to-action copy.

  • Blog posts and guides

Answers to the questions buyers search before they buy, each linked to the service page it supports.

  • Category and product copy

Category intros and product descriptions that answer what stops a purchase, in place of copied manufacturer text.

  • Pages that earn links

Data pages, checklists and guides that other sites have a reason to cite. They support link building.

  • Rewrites and merges

Fixing pages that rank low or answer the wrong question, and merging pages that target the same search.

  • Titles, meta and alt text

The title tag, meta description, headings and image alt text written with the copy, not added later.

Before the first word

What a content brief looks like

A brief settles the keyword, the reader and the facts before anyone writes. This one is for a made-up Karachi solar installer, so you can see each field filled in.

Keyword and intent
One search per page. The intent decides the page type: a service page, a guide or a comparison.
Outline
Built from what already ranks for the search, plus the questions those pages leave out.
Questions for the owner
This is where first-hand experience comes from. A writer cannot invent it.
Facts to confirm
Anything the writer cannot verify is listed and asked, not guessed.
Internal links
Each page links up to its main service page and across to related guides.

SEO Content Writing: common questions

Is AI used to write the content?

Google's guidance looks at whether content is helpful, accurate and made for people, not at which tool produced it. What hurts is publishing invented statistics or claims nobody checked. We check every fact and claim before a draft reaches you.

How does a writer learn enough about my business?

From you. The most useful input is short answers to a few questions per page: what customers ask on the first call, what a typical job looks like, and what you do differently. Voice notes work as well as written answers. If a short call suits you better, we can agree that when we scope your project.

Who owns the content once it is written?

Agree this in writing before work starts, with any agency. With us, ownership of the written content is set out in your quote.

How many revisions are included?

Most changes come from a wrong fact or the wrong tone, and an approved brief catches both before drafting. Your quote lists how revisions work for each piece.

Can the content be written for readers in the US or the UAE?

Readers notice small things: spelling, currency, place names and local terms. A page for Dubai should price in dirhams and name Gulf locations, and a page for Houston should use dollars and US terms. We write in US English by default, and Urdu content is available on request.

Should I rewrite an old page or write a new one?

Rewrite when a page already targets the keyword but ranks low or answers the wrong question. Merge when two of your pages split the same search. Write new when nothing on your site covers the topic. Leave a page alone when it ranks and converts, since changing it adds risk for little gain.
