KBS Enterprises: a product website for a multi-brand technology distributor

Challenge, approach and result

1. 1Challenge

   KBS Enterprises sells many product lines from many brands: projectors, video conferencing, interactive screens, drones, GPS and surveying gear, office automation and banking machines. Buyers needed to reach the right category fast, and existing customers needed a place for warranty and support.

2. 2Approach

   We organized the catalog into clear categories with icon tiles on the home page and a mega menu that lists every product line by brand. A rotating banner presents the lead product ranges, and support got its own section of pages.

3. 3Result

   One site now covers the full catalog, the brands KBS distributes, and after-sales support, with office numbers for each city and a WhatsApp button on every page.

  Separate phone numbers for the support center and each regional office in the footer.

  A floating WhatsApp button for quick questions from mobile buyers.
