Challenge, approach and result
1Challenge
MICC makes coatings, inks and color dispersions for very different industries. Each buyer, from a tannery to a paint maker, needed to find the products for their own sector, along with safety and technical documents.
2Approach
We grouped the products by industry: textile, leather, fiberglass, footwear, paint and slabstock foam, each with its own icon and summary. A resource center collects brochures, safety data sheets, technical data sheets and corporate literature.
3Result
Visitors start from their own industry instead of a product code list, and the documents buyers ask for sit in one resource center.
