Questions about this tool
What are content themes (pillars)?
The few topics your posts rotate through, so your feed has variety and a purpose. For example: tips, proof of your work, offers, behind the scenes and questions for your audience.
How often should a small business post?
Consistency matters more than volume. Two or three good posts a week per platform, every week, beats daily posting for two weeks and then nothing.
What's the Buffer file for?
Buffer can bulk-schedule posts from a CSV with Text, Image URL, Tags and Posting Time columns. The Buffer file fills in the text (your topic) and posting time, so you can upload it and add images in Buffer.
Can you plan and run our social media?
Yes. Our social media team plans the calendar, makes the posts for each platform and reports each month. Request a quote from this page.
