Questions about this tool
How many fonts should a brand use?
Usually two: one for headings and one for body text. A third font rarely adds anything and makes things look less consistent.
Are these fonts free to use?
Yes. They're all Google Fonts, which are free for personal and commercial use, including on websites and in print.
Does this page load anything from outside?
Yes, this one tool loads the fonts you pick from Google Fonts so you can see them. Your sample text isn't sent anywhere.
What makes a good pairing?
Contrast with harmony: a distinctive heading font paired with a calm, very readable body font. Check the body text at normal size on a phone.
