Questions about this tool
How do I add it to Gmail?
In Gmail on a computer, open Settings (the gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new. Paste the signature and click Save changes at the bottom.
How do I add it to Outlook?
In Outlook, open Settings → Mail → Compose and reply (or File → Options → Mail → Signatures in the desktop app), create a new signature, paste and save.
Why does the logo need a link instead of an upload?
Email apps show signature images from a web address. Upload your logo to your website first, then paste its address here. Images pasted straight into a signature are often blocked or shown as attachments.
Why does the signature use tables?
Email apps are much older and stricter than browsers. Simple tables with inline styles are what Gmail and Outlook show the same way everywhere.
