Questions about this tool

What's a good readability score?

For most business websites, aim for a Flesch Reading Ease of 60 or higher (plain English) and a grade of about 8 or below. Technical pages can be a little harder, but shorter sentences still help.

Does readability affect SEO?

Not as a direct ranking factor. But clear pages keep people reading and make your point land, and that's what turns visits into enquiries.

How accurate are the scores?

They're estimates: the formulas count sentence length and syllables, and syllables are counted by rule, not from a dictionary. Use them to compare drafts, not as an exact grade.

Does it work for Urdu or Roman Urdu?

No. The formulas were made for English. For Urdu text, short sentences and familiar words are still the best guide.
